Learn how to make authentic homemade Tamales for this Holiday Season!

In Mexico, the holiday season marks the tamale season.  From working with the masa to making the fillings, you'll learn every step necessary to stuffing, folding, and steaming your way to the perfect tamale.

Everything is provided, including recipes, kitchen tools, and ingredients.

Students will eat together at the end of class.

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are required.
