Students learn how to select, handle and prepare ingredients to make successful, inspired meals at home for family and friends.
Basic knife skills and tool orientation is included in the program.

Class 2: Egg Cookery 101
Class 3: Poultry 101
Class 4: Fish Fundamentals
*Everything is provided, including recipes, kitchen tools, aprons, and ingredients.
*Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are required.
