Knife Skills Workshop

An essential class for anyone who wants to get serious in the kitchen! This class focuses on proper handling of a knife, making clean cuts, mincing, dicing, chopping, and feeling confident with various knives and how to care for them. Practice your skills under the guidance and instruction of our chefs and then sit down to a delicious dinner prepared with all of your cut ingredients.
